Ryan McGovern was in Melbourne last month exhibiting at the National Sports Convention. Working alongside Duktag, he got to show potential clients, particularly Local Councils, how secCloud integrates with Duktag to provide an online booking system for tennis courts and other sport facilities.
Duktag is a comprehensive Council Facilities and Sports Organisation management platform – a cloud software that provides seamless integration with secCloud access control. It is easy to use, reliable, secure, and cost effective. Designed by Simon Goldschmidt, John Curtis and Anthony Bennett, they have used their Facilities Management experience to create a real solution for the end user.
By integrating with the secCloud access control system, people can hire a venue and gain access with a security code, all booked online without the need for council workers to go to site, or users to travel to collect and return keys. With this integration, the whole booking system becomes automated. For example:
- the end user goes to a council website, books a tennis court & pays (using Duktag),
- the booking information is sent to secCloud automatically,
- the user is sent an SMS with the PIN number for the booking,
- the user goes to the tennis court and enters the PIN number at the time of the booking and gains entry.
Control access to courts, buildings, meeting rooms, and more.
